Sealed Guards
The Sealed Protection is a system designed to guarantee insulation, hygiene and resistance in production environments with high criticality, such as those dedicated to packaging and filling.
Thanks to the monolithic structure in AISI 304 stainless steel, to the sealed panels and to the use of certified materials for high durability, this system ensures total containment and a reliable protection over time.
The possibility to customize accesses, panels and coverings makes the solution extremely versatile and suitable for multiple operational configurations.
Supporting structure
- Walls in AISI 304 stainless steel with internal boxed structure
- Welded joints with sealing to guarantee maximum hygiene and robustness
Doors and accesses
- Doors with panels in transparent polycarbonate thickness 10mm
- Framed handle integrated in the stainless steel boxed structure
- Internal components of the handle in AISI 316 stainless steel for high resistance to corrosion
Sealing and tightness
- Vulcanized gasket incorporated in the structure of the walls
- Continuous sealing also in the panels and in the closing elements
Fixed panels
- Panels in polycarbonate thickness 8 mm
- Installation through vulcanized gasket on boxed frame 40×20
Coverings and optional
- Upper covering in stainless steel with boxed structure and closing panels (on request)
- Possibility of integration of entrance and/or exit tunnels depending on operational needs
