Inaccessible content
a) Non-compliance with Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004
Compliance with the following criteria (WCAG 2.1) is not guaranteed:
1.1.1 – Non-text content: some decorative or functional images do not have appropriate text alternatives.
1.3.1 – Information and relationships: on some pages, the semantic structure (headings, labels, containers) is inconsistent.
1.3.5 – Identification of input purpose: form fields are not always associated with a semantically recognisable purpose.
1.4.1 – Use of colour: in some sections, colour is the only means used to convey information.
1.4.11 – Non-text contrast: some graphic elements, such as icons, buttons or interface components, do not provide sufficient contrast against the background.
1.4.3 – Contrast (minimum): some text elements and interface components have an insufficient contrast ratio between text and background.
1.4.5 – Text images: in some sections of the site, images containing text are used instead of actual text. This choice limits accessibility options: zooming, colour customisation, and reading via assistive technologies.
2.4.7 – Visible focus: not all interactive elements display a visible focus when navigating by keyboard.
4.1.1 – Parsing: the HTML code contains marking errors (e.g. unclosed tags, duplicate attributes) that may compromise correct interpretation by assistive technologies.
4.1.2 – Name, Role, Value: some interactive components (such as buttons, drop-down menus or custom controls) do not correctly expose their name, role and state to assistive technologies.
