Unlike traditional systems, the Magnetic Elevator uses the magnetic force to transport crown caps in iron along the bottling lines.
This allows to guarantee a precise, constant and without shocks movement, also on complex paths or with differences in height.

Today, thanks to technological innovation, many crown caps are no longer in iron, but in aluminum.
The problem:
A magnetic elevator, designed for iron caps, becomes unusable with aluminum ones. The magnets do not attract non-ferrous materials, making transport impossible.
With the evolution of technologies, the production of caps changes continuously and more and more often we receive requests to transport crown caps not in iron, but in aluminum or other non-ferrous materials.
In these cases, the magnetic solution can no longer be used, and the most suitable technology must be chosen to guarantee integrity and precision in transport.
