In 2022 for the first time, and then in 2024, MarmoinoX has been awarded by Generali Italia as a Welfare Champion company!
A recognition that makes us really proud.
As recalled by our CEO Paolo Marmo the objective is to make MarmoinoX “a place where it is nice to work, to build our future”.
A goal to be reached following an ambitious path that requires constant commitment and investments.
A path rewarded with the 5W required by the rating to be considered “Welfare Champion”.

Steel Welfare Project
In 2026 we announced a new step in our path of company growth: the collaboration with the W.A.I. Platform – Welfare Aziendale Italia and the activation of a Welfare Plan that puts people and territory at the center.
The WAI platform allows companies to offer their employees a flexible and digital system of benefits and services, easily usable and fiscally advantageous, with particular attention to the impact on the territory in which the company operates.
The choice to join WAI arises from the will to offer concrete and immediately useful tools to its collaborators. MarmoinoX, through the direct commitment of the CEO Paolo Marmo, has also directly promoted the adhesion of commercial activities and services of the territory of Canelli to the WAI platform.
A company that asks local shopkeepers to join a welfare platform, why?
To allow employees to use their benefits within the local community, for example in the shops present in the area of the Municipality of Canelli and in the territory of Valle Belbo.
The introduction of this plan is part of a broader path of company transformation oriented to talent retention, to the response to the shortage of qualified labor and to the construction of a better work environment, more serene, safe and attentive to individual needs.
With this new project, MarmoinoX confirms its idea of enterprise: solid like steel, but deeply human.
