Access Structures
The Access Structures are designed to guarantee a safe and stable connection to the elevated areas of the protections or of the plants.
Modular, robust and completely customizable, they adapt to the available spaces and to operational needs, ensuring ergonomics, solidity and aesthetic integration with the production layout.
Modular walking surface
- Made with frame in AISI 304 stainless steel boxed, sized to correctly support the required elements.
- Standard dimension of the boxed: 60×60 mm, with possibility of resizing based on client needs.
- Modular structure designed to facilitate transport, assembly and handling also in complex spaces.
- Cover panels in AISI 304 stainless steel chequered, resistant and anti-slip.
Uprights and reinforcements
- Uprights fixable to the ground (when necessary), designed to guarantee stability to the walking surface.
- Presence of reinforcement struts with welded plates to improve structural rigidity and ensure optimal fixing between uprights and surface.
Guardrails and climbing systems
- Perimeter guardrail in stainless steel boxed 30×30, welded and complete with toe board for operator protection.

Finishes and compliance
- Surface treatment available: shot peening, to increase resistance and durability of the structure.
- Construction compliant with UNI EN ISO 14122 regulation, to guarantee safety of accesses and elevated paths.
- Possibility to provide, on request, certified structural calculations.
